This page is a communication page for the students in my English 300 class and the students of the Web Page Design class under the direction of Mrs. Carol Drewes. The purpose of this blog is to ensure cross curricular communcation between the groups of students who are working together for a common goal.
The students of my English 300 class read “The Prologue of the Canterbury Tales”, “The Nun’s Priest Tale” and “The Pardoner’s Tale” as part of their curriculum.
Following an integrated curriculum structure, the two classes devised a plan where the English 300 classes would provide the content and the Web Page Design classes would create a web page using that content.
In order to effectively accomplish this goal, we followed not only the common core standards prescribed by the State of New Jersey, but also the 21st Century Skills Initiative.
